Your access to your selected course depends on the course itself or the type of access that you paid for. This may be a few days or the course may be available indefinitely.
Yes, a certificate will be awarded on successful completion of a course.
Disputes and / or grievances about the course that you have taken whether for free or paid should be taken up with the instructor that offers that course. If it cannot be resolved at the instructor level then you may reach out to us. We take the issue of quality and integrity of courses on our platform very seriously and will do our best to resolve any dispute as best possible.
